Heroes Taekwondo was a redesign project. I was asked to recreate their logo, which was a spartan helm with similar colors to the new design I created. The client already knew what he wanted, and asked me to create the same logo but with elements of his favorite Mortal Kombat characters Scorpion and Subzero.

So I got to experimenting and came back to him with two versions, the one here and a variant with their hoods on. He said he wanted to strike fear in the heart of his opponents and this was the more aggressive version, so that's the one he chose. After our second meeting, he asked me to create minor adjustments and a t-shirt design to provide for his students.

With the t-shirt designs, I wanted to reflect the logos elements on both sides without placing the image flat on the front and back. The reasoning behind placing the name on the front using such a large size was for it to pop out of the opening of the dobok (martial arts uniform).
Events by Moon is an individual establishment, that began in the business, planning birthdays and small household events. The event planner had just recently started to penetrate the wedding market and wanted to expand her client base. She requested a short video to expose herself in the market as a new streamlined brand for her target audience.
